Top Photo and Video Apps on iOS in Venezuela, Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top five photo and video applications on iOS in Venezuela demonstrated varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

CapCut - Video Editor from Bytedance Pte. Ltd showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1K in late March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 15.9K in early March. Active users initially declined from 314K to 242K but rebounded to 316K by the end of the quarter.

YouTube maintained a steady presence with weekly revenue varying between $200 and $300. Downloads started at 6.9K, decreasing to 3.6K by the quarter’s end. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 1M throughout the period.

Canva: AI Photo & Video Editor experienced growth in downloads, reaching a peak of 6.8K in mid-February. Revenue showed a similar upward trend, peaking at $263 in mid-March. Active users increased steadily, reaching over 90K by the end of March.

Instagram saw a decline in downloads from 5.2K to 2.3K over the quarter. Revenue remained minimal, while active users showed a slight increase, peaking at 443K in mid-March.

Snapchat had a varied performance with downloads peaking at 6.1K in early February. Revenue remained low, while active users fluctuated but ended the quarter near 106K.
